A large number of people who have trouble losing weight are simply eating too many calories.

Remember that your body is programmed to resist weight loss. It s not that the ww system isn t working for you. But for some especially those closer to goal it can be at the bottom of that range if not a little below it. Chances are your metabolism is completey screwed because of yo yo dieting and even now with stupid weight watchers you can t lose any weight.

If you re not losing weight on weight watchers it s because diets don t work. You may think that this does not apply to you but keep in mind that studies consistently show that. There is a lot of research that is not from weight watchers that talks about it s not about quanity. I lost about 5 pounds the first week but nothing has come off for the past 2 weeks.

I m eating a lot of the zero point foods and i never go over my daily smart point limit so why am i not losing weight and therein lies the problem. I have been on weight watchers for 3 weeks now i m starting to get frustrated. If you are stuck and not losing weight it s because somewhere somehow you are eating too many calories. At the end of the day i d have 23 points.

Why am i not losing weight on weight watchers. Also weight watchers people all seem very flabby looking and not really in shape even though the numbers go down. People following the pointsplus program can expect to lose between 5 and 2 pounds per week. I can eat 0 point foods for breakfast lunch and supper.

In short this means you are consuming way too many calories. Now i am staying within 900 1100 calories day exercising every single day.
