Why Do I Feel Like Everyone Is Against Me

I do not think people are really against you.
It seems like everytime i try to make a friend or be nice the person isn t being nice back eventually just starts not liking me. It is perhaps best explained through the lens of schema therapy. My washer broke my car got towed my shower stopped draining water i wasn t getting my paychecks my roommate and i got stuck driving in the snow and everyone just passed by without any sign of acknowledgement and that s only the start of it. Think of a schema like a line of code that runs through your brain.
Why do i feel this way. Some people feel like others hate them even when they do not. I ve had a problem with haters for the longestttt. Why do i think everyone is plotting against me.
I had times when i believed that for example a neighbour who never spoke to me never knew anything about me hated me. I find it incredibly difficult to socialise effectively and i don t get any attention from the opposite sex. Maybe the world feels like a scary place and you find it hard to trust people. Belief patterns like this usually stem from past experiences.

A schema is a pattern or life trap that begins in childhood and reverberates throughout our adult lives. After all everyone is out for themselves right. Why do i feel so alone like everyone is against me. I often feel like everyone s against me or at the very least that nobody s.
Just like the saying goes when it rains it pours that s how last week felt for me.
