Islam teaches us that discipline and perseverance are necessary for spiritual advancement whereas a mindset of instant gratification and laziness keep one far removed from high achievements.

Salah is a way of totally submitting to the wills of allah and showing gratitude to him because as muslims we don t bow before anyone but allah the almighty. Prayers remind the faithful of god and the many opportunities to seek his guidance and forgiveness.
