I don t know why but i don t feel like i m good enough i always think that i m doing something wrong or look wrong.
Lost 70lbs and cut a foot of my hair off my sophomore year of college. In many social situations i can t escape the feeling that people are laughing at me when i don t hear it. Happy monday d audio. I ve lost and gain friends with my so called transformation.
The rest of the time i was at the waterpark i felt awful because i thought everyone was looking at me and thinking what those teens had thought. Why are you all looking at me like that i don t know about them but i was hoping for a fight david piped up. You look like you ve lost way more than 40 lbs the truth is i had lost almost 60 before the muscle started coming in. I want to feel comfortable and at some level i know no one is laughing but i can t escape that feeling.
Whenever i try to get rid of my self consciousness altogether i might get th occasional person looking at me but that s just life. This isn t true either. If theres something extra interesting ohh look at that odd person looking around strangely. It was embarrassing and i felt like a 15 year old again so self conscious about my face.

People started treating looking talking and hitting on me differently. My life changed completely. I couldn t believe they said that right in front of me where i could hear them. What i beamed at everyone.
Why it feels like people are looking at us and why they re actually not. That happens all the time everyone is looking around at their surroundings it just happens.
