But what does it mean when you feel sad for no reason. Sometimes it might seem like you re feeling depressed for no reason but there is always a reason for your depression.
Depression strikes when you are down. It s subjective to that person. It may be unconscious such as a repressed childhood trauma or the direct cause may be tricky to determine such as an imbalance in the microbiome the bacteria in our gut. In the meantime when you re sad it might help a little to know that it s just a temporary hormonal inbalance and there is nothing wrong with you.

Remember there are a variety of factors that can contribute to depression like lack of exercise sunlight and restful sleep but what ultimately causes depression is your thinking.
