Milia are tiny cysts that develop due to harmless buildups of keratin under the skin. Or it could be milia. These white bumps appear when the body fails to shed dead skin cells which leads the pores of the skin to become clogged and formulates the formation of the white spots and bumps.
A syringoma forms when for unknown reasons there is an overgrowth of cells within a sweat gland duct. Cholesterol levels may rise and lead to yellowish white spots around your eyes upper and lower eyelids.
