Why do some people cry when they are really angry.
If someone says that they re crying angry tears it simply means that they re crying because they re angry. Lots of people cry when they feel frustrated angry or embarrassed. Steadily building anger is unexplainable irrational and feels like a loss of control. If someone s far past mad or angry and is feeling enraged they might say that they re crying tears of rage rather than angry tears.
Angry tears are tears that someone cries when they re mad or upset. When you get mad your body produces a flood of hormones that stimulate strong reactions in your body everything from a racing. Think of it like flushing or sweating. It is common for people to cry when they laugh too hard when they re happy or surprised when they are scared and of course when they are actually sad as well.
Anger is actually a reaction to being hurt. We do not get angry if it is not over something important enough to hurt us. Crying is an appropriate response to anger because it s something you do when you re at a loss with your feelings. Sobbing out manganese and prolactin is thought to relieve tension by balancing the body s stress levels and eliminating build ups of the chemicals making the crier feel better.

We cry when we re sad because it s an intense emotion. Violence occurs when people who are mad feel they are being punished and have no other outlet. Do you know anyone who does this. Some research suggests that it s a way that humans have developed to soothe ourselves in tough situations.
Im not talking about kids who cry adults. It s the manifestation of overwhelming emotions that need to be released. They cry when they are happy because they can t believe their man finally figured it out and laugh when they get mad because they can t believe you haven t figured it out.
