Milia commonly appears near the eyes or the apple of the cheeks but can also pop up in the other places.

Why does milia happen. Milia occur under the eyes due to an excess of keratin. One of the most common skin problems known to man is called milia and yes they are the little white or flesh colored dots that appear on your skin usually under your eyes.
