Well not all plants but most. Once your mix is complete you can pot your cactus plants up just like you normally would. Yes you can use cactus soil or any cactus mix for other plants. Cactus don t need much water whereas other house plants like any flowering plant need water at regular intervals.
The soil needed depends on the plant. Yes you re already done. But is it good for other plants other than succulents and cacti. Phalaenopsis orchids need bark mixes sphagnum moss or peat based mix.
Mix that soil with some other normal potting soil and it should be safe to use with other plants. The cactus soil will be good for the spider plant and the other plants. All purposes potting mix is general soil suitable for most potted plants. Your plants might wobble a bit until their roots are established in their new home.

You just have to add some organic matter to provide more moisture retention. While orchids and succulents have their own focused potting mixes. Orchids need their own orchid soil. Can you use cactus soil for other plants.
The only change that may take time to get used to is that you can t pack down the garden soil mix as tightly. Orchid potting mix cactus and succulents potting mix and all purposes potting mix. Then you wont waste the orchid s soil. Other types of plants would be absolutely miserable in such poor soil but for slow growing cacti used to sandy deserts it s perfect.
Other plants need a soil made for container use.
